Certification – a procedure for conducting an examination of the activities, services and compliance of a brokerage company with the requirements established by the standards of the Euro Trade Commission, as well as regulatory documents of the Euro Trade Commission.

To obtain a certificate of a brokerage company, you need to perform the following steps:

  • go to the application tab and fill in the necessary fields for certification;
  • list of documents:
    1. trade agreement or document describing terms and conditions
    2. certificates *
    3. license *
    4. regulation acts*
  • *If there are any
  • after completing these points, it is necessary to conclude a contract for certification services provided.

Subsequently, the Euro Trade Commission:

  • within no more than 15 working days, the commission will consider the provided documentation and make a decision on the rules and conditions of certification;
  • will collect information about the company, as well as analyze the services for compliance with the criteria;
  • issue a verdict of refusal or issuance of a certificate;
  • in case of release, register and issue a certificate;
  • the applicant must pay certification work within 3 business days;
  • provides a certificate to the applicant and enters the register of members.

A brokerage company applying for a certificate must meet the following requirements:

  • regulated by any authorities;
  • work in the market for more than 2 years;
  • minimum number of open accounts – 1,000;
  • the minimum number of registered customers is 3,000;
  • presence of representative offices in various cities and countries (preferably);
  • have a regulation that defines the relationship between project participants, their financial and informational interaction;
  • ensure information transparency of economic calculations between project participants;
  • guarantee the security of the information resource.
